About The Project

Sunilkumar obtained Environmental Clearance vide EC Identification No EC26C0108KL5929773N dated 09/09/2026 (Proposal no. SIA/KL/MIN/568773/2026 & file no. 364/2026/GRA/EC/Z1/SEIAA) for the Granite Building Stone Quarry Project for an area of 0.9242 Ha at Block No. 26, Re-Survey Nos. 195/2-2, 194/1 & 194/1-2 in Valakom Village, Kottarakkara Taluk, Kollam District, Kerala.

Environmental Clearance was issued for the project life of 3 (Three) years, from the date of issuance of mine permit /lease, for the quantity as per the Approved Mining Plan, subject to the specific and general conditions.

Total mineable reserve of the project is 1,53,934.25 MT for the life of mine of 3 years with maximum annual production of 51,311.416 MT. Total estimated project cost is Rs. 1.60 crore
